Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all original parts must be included.
Some restrictions apply to products where the manufacturer does not allow returns or charges a restocking fee. In those cases, we do our best to find a reasonable solution to our customer's request to return or exchange, but this often involves a restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require an RMA number that can be obtained by calling 248-422-0015 or emailing our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org, a note describing the issues or defect, and a copy of the packing slip or invoice in. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will pay replacement ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. if the return or exchange is a result of our error. If the return is an exchange as a result of product failure that occurred within 15 days of customer's receipt of the product, we will also pay return and replacement ground shipping. We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions.
