In addition, by supporting the open-source MCP standard (Model Context Protocol) for custom integrations, you can securely connect to external tools, databases, and data sources, eliminating the need for specialized, fragmented, one-off integrations.

Tier Definitions: Standard = lower credit cost per use. Premium = higher credit cost, typically for advanced models. Controlled rollout = limited availability; may require admin enablement or feature flag.
Data Retention: Tech Minded's Secure AI providers maintain a strict no-training policy on customer data. Customer data is not used for training by model providers. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements are in place where available. All customer data is stored primarily in the US. SOC 2 Type II certified with a clean audit opinion. Hosting: "US Managed" = inference runs on US-managed cloud infrastructure (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Azure OpenAI, xAI API). "US Managed / Provider API" = inference routed via trusted provider API with contractual retention controls, not sent to the model lab's public non-US endpoint.
Vision = model accepts image input. Img Gen = model generates images. Reason = model supports extended reasoning/thinking. Tools = model supports tool/function calling.
