Microsoft Contract Request - Tech Minded Client

This is "order form" allows you to request a contract for your client to order licenses of Microsoft products and services served by one of Microsoft's largest cloud providers. Once completing this contract, it will be reviewed by Tech Minded, and then sent to the cloud provider who will generate a contract for your client, and send it directly to them. The contract is directly between the cloud provider and the client, but tracked to you so that you'll earn commissions. The open ended contract will continue until canceled and licenses and products can be added or removed from it as requested. Prices shown are monthly, and paid for directly by the client.

- The client is not currently on Office 365, and a new “tenant” will need to be created. (A "tenant" is Microsoft’s term for an Office 365 Organization which sandboxes an environment for the organization and its assets).

Finalize Order
Once all the information above has been filled in, and you've entered the quantities for each Microsoft SKU, press the "Request Contract" below. This will cause your order to be sent to Tech Minded. Once the request has been reviewed, a contract will be generated and sent to the contact above. Once signed and returned, the tenant will be built in the Microsoft portal for your client. Remember: Since the client is signing the contract, you need to request from your client Global Admin Access if you are going to administer the tenant in the portal.
