Where is it installed?
The triple-patented hardware installs on the user side of the water supply line past the water meter and before flow restriction/pressure regulators. One device per water meter is needed.
How do we get a quote?
There are a number of factors in the cost, and we want to be sure that you will get the expected savings. A completed site survey and evaluation is required for all quotes and orders.
What type of connection is needed?
Connection types are determined by the existing pipe configuration. Available for standard plumbing sizes: 5/8” up to 10” service, with more configurations available on custom order.
Who does the installation? How long does it take to install?
We have a nationwide network of installers familiar with the technology. Generally, the installs are simple and fast. Included in quoted cost.
Each water meter needs a single inline device installed. Typically, it takes on the order of 2 hours per device (i.e., at each meter) to install.
My installation is unique. How do we accommodate?
While most installs are simple, complex systems are quoted with time and materials before you decide.
Does the device require calibration?
Calibration will be determined by the user’s pressure and flow profile. And, while not necessary, adjustments can be made at any time.
What certifications does the technology have behind it?
Certifications include: IAPMO R&T Certifications (UPC), NSF 61 (Potable Water), NSF 372 (Lead Free)
What's the lifespan of the hardware? Is there a warranty?
Hardware designed for 30-year lifespan like other commercial water products, and has a 10-year warranty.
What happens if the hardware fails?
In the rare case of a failure, device is specifically designed to “fail open” to avoid disruption in service.
Do you support both potable and reclaimed water?
Hardware works in either potable or reclaimed water systems (each needs separate installation).
